King & Ballow’s attorneys in the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) Section entails the full representation of employers before State and Federal enforcement agencies in all areas of compliance with OSHA. Our attorneys counsel employers on compliance with OSHA regulations. In cases where an OSHA investigation has been initiated over an alleged workplace hazard, our attorneys are involved in the on-site OSHA investigation and post-citation representation of the client. Post-citation representation includes preparation of defenses and appearances at informal conferences and all subsequent proceedings before the Administrative Law Judge and the Occupational Safety and Health Review Board.
