In the rapidly evolving field of Equal Employment Opportunity Law, the Discrimination Law Section represent management clients before the Federal Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), State commissions, and State and Federal courts in matters involving Title VII, the Equal Pay Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and other Federal and State laws. Our attorneys counsel clients on harassment issues, compliance with affirmative action obligations, record-keeping requirements, and the development of internal Equal Employment Opportunity policies and practices, such as policies needed to comply with the ADA, to ensure compliance with applicable laws, and to minimize the chances of costly litigation.
