Richard C. Lowe
Richard C. Lowe is a Partner in the Labor and Employment Law Section of King & Ballow in Nashville, Tennessee. He has been a Partner with King & Ballow since 1982. His practice areas include Labor and Employment Law, Media Law, Wage and Hour Law, Transportation Law, Negotiations, National Labor Relations Board Litigation, National Labor Relations Board Elections, and Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution.
Richard graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Tennessee and earned his law degree from the University of Tennessee College of Law.
Richard's national practice in Media Law, Labor and Employment Law includes the representation of corporate clients such as broadcasters, newspaper publishers, book publishers and other media. He is frequently asked to share his experience and regularly lectures on Media and Employment Law issues.
Richard is a member and former Chairman of the Labor Law Section of the Tennessee Bar Association and is also a member of the National Institute for Trial Advocacy and Nashville Bar Association. Richard has been awarded the Martindale-Hubbell peer review rating of "AV Preeminent," which is the highest level of professional excellence.
