
Richard C. Lowe
Richard C. Lowe is a Partner in the Labor and Employment Law Section of King & Ballow in Nashville, Tennessee. He has been a Partner with King & Ballow since 1982. His practice areas include Labor and Employment Law; Employment Discrimination Law; Media Law; Wage and Hour Law; Labor Negotiations; National Labor Relations Board Litigation and Practice; and Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution.
Richard graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Tennessee and earned his law degree from the University of Tennessee College of Law.
Richard’s national practice includes the representation of corporate clients such as broadcasters, newspaper publishers, entertainment companies, other media, payment processing companies and beverage distributors.
Richard is a member and former Chairman of the Labor Law Section of the Tennessee Bar Association and is also a member of the National Institute for Trial Advocacy and Nashville Bar Association. Richard has been awarded the Martindale-Hubbell peer review rating of “AV Preeminent,” which is the highest level of professional excellence.
