Paul H. Duvall
Paul H. Duvall's practice areas are in all aspects Labor and Employment Law.
Paul received his undergraduate degree cum laude from Cornell College and his law degree from Northwestern University School of Law. He is the former Note and Comments Editor for the Journal of Criminal Law and Criminology.
Paul served as a Clerk to the Honorable Howard B. Turrentine of the U.S. District Court, Southern District of California. He is a Faculty Member of the National Institute of Trial Advocacy, Pacific Region and a frequent speaker on employment law topics for a variety of institutions, including the Council on Education in Management.
Paul was a Co-Author for Open Courts in California. He is a member of the Labor and Employment Sections of the San Diego County and American Bar Associations. Paul is a Board Member of the San Diego Volunteer Lawyer Program. He was a Captain in the U.S. Marine Corps.
