Kyle received the University of Tennessee College of Law Award for Outstanding Achievement in Negotiation, recognizing the top negotiation student at the College of Law. During law school, he served as a Research Editor for the Tennessee Journal of Race Gender and Social Justice and as a Student Editor for the Tennessee Journal of Business Law.
