Jennifer A. Sherman

Jennifer A. Sherman is an Attorney in the Entertainment and Intellectual Property Section of King & Ballow in Nashville, Tennessee.

Before working at King & Ballow, Jennifer was a Legislative Director at the New York State Legislature

Jennifer received her Bachelor of Arts from the State University of New York at Albany, where she graduated summa cum laude. She received her Juris Doctor from Albany Law School, where she graduated cum laude. While in law school, Jennifer worked as the lead LexisNexis student associate at her school.

Jennifer’s article regarding prevalent issues in the entertainment field was published in the New York State Bar Association’s Entertainment, Arts & Sports Law Section, and an additional article, in which she authored, was named Article of the Month by the Nashville Bar Association.

Jennifer is licensed to practice in Tennessee, as well as New York and Texas.
