Richard C. Lowe
Richard C. Lowe was born in Cleveland, Ohio. He has been a partner with King & Ballow since 1982. He graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Tennessee and earned his law degree from the University of Tennessee College of Law.
Mr. Lowe’s national practice in media, labor and entertainment law includes the representation of corporate clients such as broadcasters, newspaper publishers, book publishers and other media. He is frequently asked to share his experience and regularly lectures on media and employment law issues.
Mr. Lowe is admitted to the bar in Ohio and Tennessee, and is admitted to practice before the U.S. Courts of Appeal for the Fourth, Fifth, Sixth, Eighth and Ninth Circuits. He is a member and former chairman of the Labor Law Section of the Tennessee Bar Association and is also a member of the National Institute for Trial Advocacy and Nashville Bar Association. Mr. Lowe’s practice areas include Labor and Employment Law and Litigation, Wage and Hour Law, Arbitration and Alternate Dispute Resolution, NLRB Litigation and Election Campaigns, Contract Negotiations and Media Law.
